I'm having trouble logging in or signing up, what can I do?

Sorry for these problems. When you try to login to an existing account you may get an error message this for different reasons: 

  1. You have mistyped your email address or password 
  2. Your account has been disabled by the owner of your CRM Accounts 
  3. Your chose for your account a paid package and your account is older than 30 days, but we do not have payment details yet. 

For no. 1+2: Try to reset your password. If this doesn't help talk to the owner of your account or write us a short message. 

For no. 3: Is this the case you can either fill in you payment details or change to the free starter plan (max. 200 contacts). Both you can find in your account settings.
